Particularly during peak hours, chauffeurs may be engaged with other customers who booked their journeys earlier and are thus not able to accept your booking. To avoid such disappointment and increase the acceptance rate of your bookings, we encourage all our customers to book their journeys well in advance.

In such cases, it can help to close or force-close the app and open it up again. If the malfunctioning continues, please check that you have internet connectivity. Subsequently you can try to power off your phone and try again. If this still does not solve the issue, you can re-install the app again after deleting it. No data will be lost due to this.

After receiving your email, we will be in contact to try to remedy the issue.

At this moment, bookings are available for pickups starting from one (1) hour to 6 days in advance.

When you book for someone else, you will be able to use the same features as when you book for yourself. You can see the chauffeur approaching you, track while in transit and you will get all the usual notifications.

The person that you booked the journey for will currently not be able to enjoy the same features as yourself. We are constantly working on improvements however and in future the person that you booked for will be able to get the same updates as you do, except for the amount of the fare and the receipt.

Li-nk provides a platform for passengers to find chauffeurs and vice versa. As such, accepting a booking is subject to a number of factors like availability of chauffeurs, date and time of the requested pickup and distance to your destination amongst others.

While we encourage all chauffeurs on our platform to pro-actively accept passenger booking requests, there may be occasions where no chauffeurs are available for your requested pickup. At such occasions ourplatform will notify you and you will have the option to continue searching or cancel the booking request.

The time it takes for a chauffeur to respond to your pickup request depends on how long you book in advance. The longer you book in advance, the more time chauffeurs have to respond to your request. This encourages passengers to plan and book well in advance, up to maximum 6 days. Our platform will inform you on the applicable maximum response time for chauffeurs.

If you chose to cancel the booking request before any driver has accepted your booking, no charges will apply. Once a chauffeur has accepted your booking, the status of your booking request will be updated to "Confirmed". This is the moment that your booking is final and confirmed.
