We take passenger safety very seriously. If a different chauffeur turns up for your trip, we encourage you to cancel the booking and indicate this as your reason for cancellation. You will not be charged in such event and we will investigate the case. You may not be notified on the progress or outcome of our investigations but you can rest assured that we will take appropriate measure against any drivers.

Customer service is paramount to us. All chauffeurs on our platform are required to comply with our Code of Conduct and adhere to our Terms and Conditions which require them to be properly attired at all times and be courteous and professional when providing their transport services to you. If you experience a less than satisfactory experience, please indicate this in your rating.

Passenger and road safety are very important. We do not condone unsafe practices and if you experience a reckless driving experience, please indicate this in your rating of the chauffeur.

Additionally, you may send an email to [email protected]. If you do havea video recording of the unsafe driving, please add it as an attachment. We will subsequently investigate and council the chauffeur or take furthermeasures to prevent the same from happening again.

A clean vehicle is part of providing good customer service and is a standard requirement for any chauffeur. If your vehicle is not clean, please indicate this in your rating and submit a picture to [email protected], we will re-iterate the need to keep the vehicle clean to the chauffeur.

Usually chauffeurs will be able to accommodate storage of a foldable wheelchair or a stroller. To make sure the chauffeur is aware or your requirements however, please do indicate this in the "Notes to driver" when you make a booking.

Except when traveling with taxi, children below the height of 135cm require an appropriate child seat in Singapore. While it is not the chauffeur's responsibility to provide one, it his or her responsibility to make sure that any child below the height of 135cm is using a suitable child seat. As such, if you did not indicate your requirement for a child seat when you made your booking, the chauffeur will not be able to pick you up and thus will need to cancel your booking. In such situation a full charge will apply. To prevent this, please indicate the requirement for a child seat when you make your booking.

Although we understand and appreciate your close relationship with your pets, chauffeurs on our platform are not allowed to have pets onboard their vehicles. This is to ensure the cleanliness of the chauffeur's vehicle at all times.

When you make a booking, we will authorise the transaction on your credit card for the calculated fare plus an additional SGD15.00 for possible ERP charges.

Your bank may send you an SMS when the authorisation is made but the amount will not be shown on your credit card statement yet as the charge will only be finalised after the chauffeur has completed your journey.

At that moment, the actual amount due will be charged to your credit card, consisting of the pre-calculated fare at the time of booking plus any actual ERP charges.

The fare is calculated based on scheduled pickup time as well as the estimated travel distance and time at the time of your booking, whereby expected traffic conditions may be taken into consideration.

No, the ERP is not included in the displayed fare as we cannot calculate at exactly what time your chauffeur will be passing an ERP gantry. To avoid wrong charges, he will add any actual ERP charges to the amount chargeable at the end of your journey. Your receipt will indicate the amount of ERP separately.

Our fares are calculated and offered to you at the time of your booking. This fare is fixed and does not change with changes in supply and demand in the market.

Any journey to or from an airport in Singapore is based in the higher amount of SGD55.00 for sedan or SGD60.00 for MVP and the fare calculated based on the estimated travel distance and time at the time of your booking. Additional ERP charges may apply.

The following location surcharges apply: SGD10.00 for pickup or drop off at Sentosa and Tuas. For pickup or drop of at Jurong Island, the location surcharge is SGD20.00.

Your chauffeur will wait for you up to 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. After that, an amount of SGD10.00 is payable in cash by youto your chauffeur directly, for an additional 15 minutes of waiting time. Your chauffeur is not able to wait beyond 20 minutes after your scheduled pickup time. If you are not ready to be picked up within 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, he will cancel your booking and a full charge applies.

Any extra stop required after your booking is confirmed or your journey has commenced is subject to a mutual agreement between you and your chauffeur.

If you notice a journey in your application that was not booked by you, or you receive a notification for a booking that is not made by or for you, please change your password immediately as it would be possible that someone else has been able to get your password.

If you feel that you have been unfairly charged when your chauffeur cancelled your booking without a valid reason, please send an email [email protected] for us to investigate. We will keep you updated on the outcome of the investigations.

While cancellation fees cause a negative experience for you as passenger, we seek your understanding that (last minute) cancellations cause inconvenience and loss of income to the chauffeur that had accepted your booking. The cancellation fees help to defray this loss and encourages you as passenger not to make bookings and cancellations unnecessarily.

In Singapore there is no need to tip your chauffeur. If you want to show your appreciation for excellent service, you may do so by tipping the driver directly. Our platform does not facilitate adding tips to the pre-calculated fare.

Sedan: seating capacity maximum 4 passengers with 1 check-in luggage and 1 cabin bag. For comfortable seating we recommend a maximum of 3 passengers.

MPV: seating capacity maximum 6 passengers with 2 check-in luggage and 2 cabin bags. For comfortable seating we recommend a maximum of 5 passengers.

If you lost an item in the vehicle or an item was damages as a result of your journey, please contact your chauffeur immediately. If the chauffeur found your item, you may liaise with him to agree on a suitable time and location to receive the item directly from him or her. Any financial settlement for the return of your lost item will be between you and the chauffeur.

We cannot guarantee that an item can be found or delivered at the time you require. Neither your chauffeur or we are responsible for any loss or damage to any of the items left behind in a vehicle after your journey.

If you need urgent assistance for yourself, a fellow passenger or your chauffeur, please immediately call one of the following numbers:

• 995 for an ambulance
• 999 for police assistance

Any medical claim may be filed through your chauffeur's commercial vehicle insurance.

We strictly prohibit chauffeurs and their passengers to smoke in the vehicle. This is to ensure that all passengers can enjoy a clean and odourless journey. Should you experience cigarette smell in the vehicle, please do indicate this in your rating of the chauffeur.

Should you smoke in the vehicle during your journey, the chauffeur has the right to cancel your booking immediately and request you to leave the vehicle. We reserve the right to deny future access to our platform forany passenger who breaches the non-smoking policy during a journey.

When you make a booking, our platform uses Google Map to calculate the fastest route based on traffic conditions. This is the route that is used to calculate the fare.

On the actual pickup date and time, the traffic conditions may be different, the chauffeur may use a different navigation application, have different settings amongst possible reasons. This can lead to your chauffeur choosing a different route from the route displayed in your booking.

As the fare is fixed when you make a booking, there is no impact on the payable amount if your chauffeur uses a different route

Should you need to change your destination or require the chauffeur to follow a different route, this will be subject to a mutual agreement between you and the chauffeur. Our platform will still charge your credit card for the calculated fixed fare and we shall not be responsible for any refund if the changed route would have led to a lower fare.
